I guess I forgot to type the sentence tha...Well ... I guess I forgot to type the sentence that I put the wort in the sanitized carboy while I'm away. I put on an airlock, so I'm not real worried about infection during that hour or two.<br /><br />Usually, I'll also put that carboy in a Gott Cooler full of ice and water but it was cold enough Sunday that I didn't do it this time.<br /><br />Thanks for leaving a comment.
