Appearance:

Aroma:

Aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, and caramel waft from the glass, intermingled with notes of dark fruits like raisins and plums. Subtle hints of coffee add complexity to the nose.

Flavor: 

A smooth, sweet malt backbone forms the foundation, delivering flavors of milk chocolate, toffee, and caramel. Balanced by gentle bitterness from roasted barley, it rounds out with a creamy, lactose sweetness that dances on the palate. The interplay of chocolate and coffee notes makes each sip delightful.

Mouthfeel:

Medium to full-bodied with a silky, smooth texture. The stout’s sweet and creamy character is complemented by moderate carbonation, making it highly drinkable and satisfying.

Story Behind the Beer: 

In the heart of an ancient forest, two proud clans lived in uneasy truce. On one side, the Leprechauns—mischievous, gold-loving, and always up for a prank. On the other side, the Gnomes—hardworking, earth-tending, and fiercely protective of their gardens.

One crisp autumn evening, the "Amber Moon" was set to rise, a phenomenon said to grant extraordinary brewing powers. Both clans knew this was their chance to create the legendary "Pack o' Hooligans Stout," but cooperation was not their strong suit.

After much squabbling, a wise old owl named Oisin intervened, urging them to blend their talents. The Leprechauns brought their knowledge of herbs and magic, while the Gnomes contributed their expertise in fermentation. Together, they crafted a stout with layers of chocolate, caramel, and a hint of mystical herbs.

The result was nothing short of magical—a rich, dark stout that became a symbol of unity, reminding all who drank it that even the fiercest of foes could find common ground and create something truly extraordinary.
