If you've followed this blog at all this year, you know that I wanted to concentrate more on my BJCP Goal and my Roll-a-Style list in 2025.
As a side-effect, I purposely ignored most of my "SheppyBrew Seasonals".
After brewing Mardi Blonde (Batch 370) Birthday Brew and Oisin Owl Irish Stout (Batch 371), I thought to myself that those could be considered February and March "Seasonals".
The Mardi Blonde fit right into the "Mardi Gras / Lent" season in place of Mardi Bock, and of course Oisin Owl being an "Irish Stout", it was perfect for St. Patrick's Day in March.
At that point, I started thinking that maybe with a little planning, I could come up with replacement "Seasonals" for most months even while brewing new beers based on the Roll-a-Style list.
So ... like I had done with 2024 Seasonals, 2023 Seasonals, and 2022 Seasonals, I started tracking how I could slot 2025 beers into the monthly "Seasonal" matrix.

I had skipped the Spring season on my Seasonal Saisons, so I kept Melting Stream Spring Saison as my April Seasonal.

I thought Halfway to Helles was sort of a lighter version of Helles in a Hand Bock-sket, so it would work nicely for my May substitution.

The Beer Model asked for one of her favorites ... Summer Lovin' American Wheat in June, so I left that one.

In July, Gob Stopper Grape Ale was a saison base, so it made sense to replace Hail Storm Summer Saison with it.

I used Voss Kveik Ale Yeast in Voodu Magic Tropical Stout so it made sense as a replacement for N.T.S. Faux Pilsner in August.

I don't have any logic behind 1519 Barker Exportbier in September other than that is when it was brewed.

Gnomeberry Hollow Blueberry Porter has a Halloween-y sound to it, so it made sense for October.

X-Mas Ale 2025 is a Roll-a-Style 17D. English Barley Wine. It makes sense as the November seasonal because I called it "X-Mas Ale".
