F is for Full Frame Beer

As you know if you follow along on the A to Z Breweries series of articles, we've decided to continue on with Round 7. 

If you're not familiar ... back in February of 2015, I was embarrassed by how few Denver Breweries that I had visited.

I decided to make an effort to hit more of them, and worked my way from A to Z, hitting a brewery for every letter.

dEnver bEEr Company - littlEton is the first post this round that we had to "take artistic license" on our letter.

Now, it is time for "F" and as luck would have it, the Colorado Brewery Map & List had an "F" brewery in Denver, an easy bike ride from our house in Littleton.

F is for Full Frame Beer

Full Frame Beer is located at 1139 20th St, Denver, CO 80202, right in downtown Denver, not far from Coors Field.

This is the same location of J is for Jagged Mountain Brewery. To be honest, I don't remember Jagged Mountain closing, and certainly don't remember Full Frame replacing it.

Regardless ... now Full Frame Beer serves beer and coffee, and actually has a pretty decent "Brunch" menu, so we didn't even have to pack food on our bike ride.

We started out with a couple of flights from there Beer Menu.

I got hoppy Pale Ales and IPA's:

• Alley Rat Pale Ale
• Pals Pale Ale - American
• Jalyssa Lager - IPL (India Pale Lager)
• Cats IPA - New England

The Beer Model got light lagers and a porter:

• Gay Lager ... French Lager collaboration with Lady Justice Brewing.
• Corn Lager ... Mexican Lager
• 12° Lager - Světlé (Czech Pale)
• Little Mo ... Porter from Elevation Beer Company

All the beers were good or great.

The food was also very good.

After the flights, we got some pints and finished the "Brunch" food.

This is a great location with yummy food and wonderful beer. Stop by if you find yourself in downtown Denver.

The ride home was a little warm, but still a nice ride.

There is at least one really good "G" brewery on the Colorado Brewery Map & List. You'll have to wait to see which one we visit.
