A Blonde, two Redheads, and a Brunette

I currently have 4 gorgeous SheppyBrew Beers on tap.

A Blonde. A couple of Red[heads]. A Black beer (brunette)

Said Strumpet Czech Pale Lager

My Roll-a-style Czech Pale Lager. It is pale yellow, crystal clear, and absolutely delicious. My wife (aka The SheppyBrew Beer Model) likes this beer the best of the beers I currently have on tap. It is also one that I love, which means it will probably not last real long.
The malt gives a light cracker note and although it isn't a hoppy beer, the Saaz and Tetnang hops compliment the finish with a floral, spicy, "noble" flavor.
At 4% ABV, this is a session beer that is drinkable in mass quantities.
My Mardi Gras / Lent / Easter seasonal Bock. Bigger and more substantial than I usually brew, but it is a great clean lager. Lots of  bold Munich and Melanoiden malt flavor with a bit caramel highlights.
It is also crystal clear with a deep red color and a great thick head. Full bodied. Very bready like a nice dark loaf in liquid form.
It conjures images of 17th century German monks brewing and drinking the beer to survive the long dark Lenten season in preparation for Easter.
Of the beers I have on tap, this is the most recently brewed. A great Irish Red brewed for St. Patrick's Day. Another low ABV beer that I can drink all day (and did this past St. Patrick's Day).
This is the only of the 4 beers that isn't crystal beer, but it is still young enough that it probably will be in a week or two.
The flavor is rich and malty with maybe a touch of caramelly roast. The English EKG hops provide a subtle floral, spicy note.

Arctic Vortex Winter Saison

My wonderful Winter (Black) Seasonal Saison. Like all my Seasonal Saisons, it is dominated by the French Saison yeast character. The black color comes from Briess's Midnight Wheat malt, which provides a bunch of color without contributing much roast. For whatever reason, the combination of the black malt with the saison yeast comes across as a berry-like flavor.
This batch also has a fair amount of American citrus / tropical hop flavor that to me intensifies the berry flavor.
I honestly love this beer.

I'm not sure how much longer these beers will last. They are all so delicious and beautiful and drinkable.

If you stop by, make sure you grab as many as you can!
