It blows my mind how quickly we've been marking off breweries this time around.
I posted A is for AC Golden Tank Room in August of last year, and was already at W is for Wanderment Brewing earlier this month.
As I mentioned in W is for Wanderment Brewing, my choices for "X" in the Colorado Brewery Map & List are very limited.
In fact, I really didn't see anything to hit in the Denver area.
As luck would have it, this past weekend was GABF weekend, and some the SheppyBrew Beer Model's brothers were visiting from out of town.
On Thursday before GABF, they wanted to visit Fort Collins, and during the time we were up there, we were able to hit ...
X is for EquinoX Brewing
While we were up there, we hit quite a few breweries and by the time we got to EquinoX, I wasn't necessarily paying a whole lot of attention or remembering to take lots of pictures.
But ... EquinoX was like the 4th or 5th brewery we hit in Fort Collins.
It is located at 133 Remington St, Fort Collins, CO 80524, in "Olde Town" within walking distance of the other breweries we hit in that area.
They don't serve food other than snacks, but there is lots of food in the area that you can bring into the place.
I actually don't remember what I had here. I didn't check anything into Untappd, which means it was something I already had, and so I liked it.
Probably a pilsner of some sort.

So, yes, I'm sure if you were looking forward to our "X" brewery, this post leaves quite a bit to be desired. But, it is what it is.
And now ... We will look for a "Y" brewery.
This is another letter we'll have to take "artistic license" with ... but we'll find something. If you follow Sheppy's Blog: A to Z ... you'll find out what we end up picking.
