My wife (aka the SheppyBrew Beer Model) and I are working our way through he alphabet to pick local area breweries to visit.
We were paused for quite awhile, but we're now back at round 6 of this little journey.
Of course after "P" comes "Q", and as I mentioned, I think I have a plan for "Q", but on Saturday after Christmas, we decided to skip ahead to "R".
Don't worry, we'll come back.
But for now ...
R is for Resolute Brewing Company Centennial Brewery
Back in 2020, we hit R is for Resolute Brewing Company Arvada Tap & Cellar, but the original Resolute Brewing Company is located in Centennial at 7286 S Yosemite St #110, Centennial, CO 80112.
This place doesn't serve food, but it looks like they usually have food trucks. See their Food & Events page to see what they have on any particular day.
We ate at home and brought snacks.
Like usual, we started with a flight:
- Cold Box Hero German-style Pilsner
- Front Porch Munich-style Helles
- Crush Palace Pils
- Shot By Love American Wheat
- And A Dollar Tucked Inside My Shoe American Pilsner
- Buffalo Belgian-style Blonde Ale
Then, as often happens, we got a second flight:
- Great Magic Still Holds Sway Smoked Lager
- Caught Up in the West Wind Dortmunder
- Lushosaurus West Coast IPA
- Funeral For A Great Drunken Bird - West Coast IPA
- Gunnar on a Scooter Altbier
- Lights On the Horizon Munich Dunkle
Unsurprisingly, the Beer Model enjoyed the first flight more. I liked pretty much all the beers, but thought the 2nd flight was a little better.
This is a wonderful little brewery to visit. Stop by if you find yourself in the area.
I suspect our next "brewery" will be "Q is for ...", but stay tuned to find out.
