Again, I am embarrassed about how late this the quarterly results of the SheppyBrew Brewery as being posted.
I keep saying I'll do better. I think I'm getting worse.

Anyway ... the Brewery likes to post quarterly updates on how much we have brewed. You can see all these updates (including the one you are reading right now) by going to Sheppy's Blog: Brew Stats.
We brewed 6 beers in the third quarter:
That is 30.75 gallons of beer, putting me at 75.75 gallons for the year. I'm right on pace to get 100 gallons by the end of the year.
2 of the 6 batches were new recipes for me (T.Ra.Sh. Light Lime Mexican Lager and Colorado Pelican Australian Sparkling Ale).
All these beers were all-grain.
T.Ra.Sh. Light Lime Mexican Lager and Rocktoberfest Lager were my lagers of the quarter. That puts me at 4 lagers for the year so far. It is not looking like I'll hit the 7 I brewed in 2016, but you never know.
If you follow SheppyBrew on Facebook or Instagram, you probably know that In addition to these 6 beers, I've been brewing Kombucha as well.
I had extra wort from Summer Lovin' Wheat, and I used Kombucha Scoby to sour it. Once it was fermented, I primed it with cherry juice.
This Scoby Soured Summer Wheat is actually a delicious sour. The cherry flavor is just enough along with the SCOBY sour to make the beer taste a lot like a Flanders Red.
That was an interesting experiment.
Q4 is underway. I have a couple of beers brewed so far.
I don't really have much to say other than that.
As always, you can also always follow us on SheppyBrew's Instagram Feed; SheppyBrew's Facebook Page; Sheppy's Twitter Feed; and SheppyBrew's Website.
Hopefully I'll update you on Q4 at a more reasonable time.
