Unlike last time, I am posting this somewhat close to the end of the quarter.
I made up for a light 2nd quarter by brewing 6 whole batches this quarter.
- Hail Storm Summer Saison
- Near-Sighted Swine IPA
- Rocktoberfest Lager
- Will-o'-Wisp Pumpkin Ale
- Scallywag Czech Dark Lager
- Falling Leaves Autumn Saison

Those 6 batches yielded 31 gallons, putting me at 76.5 gallons for the year. I'm on track for the 100 gallons this year.
Last year I did about the same amount of beer in the 3rd quarter.

I brewed 2 lagers this quarter. (Rocktoberfest Lager and Scallywag Czech Dark Lager). These are my first 2 lagers of the year.

I don't know what exactly to expect from Q4 other than I will (of course) have to brew my 2018 X-Mas Ale. I have not decided what this year's X-Mas Ale will be. I'm sort of leaning toward trying to use ginger this year.
