2020 Q2 SheppyBrew Stats

As you may know, the Brewery likes to post quarterly updates on how much we have brewed. You can see all these updates (including the one you are reading right now) by following this link: Sheppy's Blog: Brew Stats.

And ... believe it or not ... the 2nd quarter of 2020 is done. Finished. Complete.

This year is really flying by ... despite the whole SIP situation forced on us by COVID.

Just like Q1 ... we brewed a bunch in Q2, and I am on pace to brew significantly more beer in 2020 than any year in the past.

I brewed 7 batches this quarter, which resulted in 36 gallons of beer. I'm still on pace to pass 140 of beer this year.

I'm not sure if I'll slow down or not.

This quarter, I brewed:
Of the 7 batches ... 4 were new recipes (Foothills India Pale AleWild Cow (sort of) Kölsch5th Season Blackberry SaisonColorado Strong Pale Ale) , bringing the 2020 total to 7. I brewed 14 new recipes last year, so I'm on pace to meet that.

T.Ra.Sh. Light Mexican Lager is the only lager I brewed this quarter. I've only brewed 2 this year so far. I expect to brew a few more in the 2nd half of the year.

Foothills India Pale Ale and Blackhawk Black Ale were inspired by my Colorado 6 Pack beers from 2013
