M is for Mobcraft Dee Tacko

My wife (aka the SheppyBrew Beer Model) and I played Pickle Ball a couple Sundays ago.

I don't quite get the popularity of Pickle Ball. To me, it is basically tennis for people who can't move well enough to play tennis.

But, the wife likes it. It is fun enough. I suppose it is ok exercise. So, we play.

After our Pickle Ball adventure, the Beer Model wanted lunch, and we decided to head to downtown Denver for our next of the A to Z Denver Breweries.

Last time we did L is for Little Dry Creek Brewery, so this time it was time for an "M" brewery.

Big M. Little M. What begins with M?

MobCraft is actually a company based out of the mid-west, and they have taprooms / breweries in both Wisconsin and Colorado.

Apparently, in 2023, they are opening another one in Illinois, not far from my child-hood home.

Anyway, the Colorado location is in the Curtis Park neighborhood of Denver. 2403 Champa St Denver, CO 80205.

From their website:
Our brewery offers over 25 draft beers brewed by MobCraft Beer and fresh Mexican tacos and fare featuring only the best cuts of meat and locally sourced ingredients from Dee Tacko. Additionally, we feature a full bar including margaritas, spirits, wine, seltzers, and nonalcoholic options along with a carefully cultivated tequila list. Enjoy seating in our taproom, or restaurant, or enjoy the 300+ days of Denver sunshine on our 6,000 square-foot (dog-friendly) patio! Don’t feel like sitting? We’ve also got an entire room full of your favorite arcade games. Grab a pint and challenge your pals or battle solo with a game of skeeball, shuffleboard (throwback to that 50/60s era!), darts, foosball, and video games.

As usual, we ordered a couple of flights. All the beers were fantastic.

We also ordered some of their "Craft Tacos", which may have been even better.

We both thought this place was awesome. The Beer Model apparently got a text from her dad saying he'd like to visit Mobcraft when they come visit around Christmas.

So, we'll most likely be back pretty soon.

This, honestly, is one of the best combinations of food and beer I think we've come across on this little A to Z journey.

Come by if you get a chance.

Next up ... we need visit an "N" brewery. According to the Colorado Brewery Map & List, we have a couple of choices in the general area.

Keep an eye on  Sheppy's Blog: A to Z to see what we end up going to.

And ... as always stay tuned on the regular SheppyBrew Channels to see what is happening with biking, brewing, barbequing, and other things: SheppyBrew's Facebook PageSheppy's Twitter FeedSheppyBrew's Instagram Page; and SheppyBrew's Website.Of course, don't forget to visit this blog often as well!
