A is for A Bit Twisted Brewpub

It was just last week that I posted A to Z Denver Breweries Round 3.

As I mentioned, it looks like there are still enough breweries in the Colorado Brewery Map & List that I believe we can do a round 4.

This past weekend, we decided to go ahead and start round 4 with an "A" brewery.

There were a couple of good candidates on the List.

When it came right down to it, though, there was one that made more sense than the others ...

Big A. Little A. What begins with A?

A is for A Bit Twisted Brewpub

A Bit Twisted is a fairly new Brewpub located at 3095 South Peoria St. Unit B Aurora, CO 80014.

"Two dudes from Colorado and Two dudes from Texas; together bringing you Central Texas Style BBQ and Colorado Craft Brew".

We got there pretty early, and there were a few people there, but not very many.

I stared with a flight of all IPA's. The Beer Model went right for a pint of their pilsner.

And ... of course we ordered some food for lunch. I got some brisket sliders and the wife got brisket tacos. We also shared some "Loaded Tots" to share.

The IPA's were pretty good. 

I ordered a second flight of other (non-IPA) beers.

Their beers are listed on their "Brews" page.

None of the beers jumped out at me as either spectacular or bad. They were just very nice solid beers.

The food was tasty as well.

If you find yourself in the area and hungry ... it is worth stopping by for some beers and barbeque.

Sunday 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Monday  3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Tuesday  3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Wednesday  3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Thursday 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Friday 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Saturday 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM

So ... here we go ... round 4. Obviously, next up, we need to find a "B" brewery. There are a quite few on the Colorado Brewery Map & List 

We've already hit B is for Baere Brewing Company, B is for Briar Common Brewery + Eatery, and B is for Bierstadt Lagerhaus, so it probably won't be any of those.

We also used Q is for barQuentine Brewing Company, X is for Bruz Off FaX, and Z is for BruZ Beers in round 3.

Even with all of these eliminated, we have a lot of great breweries to choose from.
