So far, so good. No issues at all filling out the alphabet.
As you probably can figure out, it is time to get to something that starts with the letter "E". Unlike the past couple of letters, we only really had one choice ....
E is for El Rancho Colorado
El Rancho Colorado is located at 29260 US-40, Evergreen, CO 80439. You can see it from I70 as you pass by the Evergreen exit.
It's hours are:
Monday-Thursday | 11am-9pm
Friday | 11am-10pm
Saturday | 10am-10pm
Sunday | 10am-9pm
Nightly Tappy Hour | 3pm-6pm
El Rancho Colorado is actually more of a restaurant. There is a brewery inside called Pygmy Stallion Brewing. I'm not 100% sure why they decided to name the brewery "Pygmy Stallion", but apparently it is some sort of inside joke.
The whole place recently had to shut down due to bankruptcy and is under fairly new ownership.
We had lunch there last Saturday. I would have liked to make this a bike ride, but it is a little far along roads that are slightly too busy for the SheppyBrew Beer Model, so we drove up I70 to get there.
The food is good. It is a nice place. There isn't a huge selection of beer, but the beer we tried was good here.

Next, we have to choose an "F" brewery. According to the Colorado Brewery Map & List, we have one obvious choice.
