F is for Fiction Beer Company Chapter Two

It seems likes it's been quite awhile since we've done anything with our A to Z Breweries Series of Posts.

I posted E is for El Rancho Colorado over a month ago, which isn't THAT long ago, but for whatever reason, it seemed like longer ago than I guess it was.

Anyway ... this past weekend, the SheppyBrew Beer Model and I decided to hit another brewery for lunch.

Time for an "F" brewery.

Once we eliminate the "F" breweries we've been to already (see A to Z Denver Breweries Round 4) ...

I thought there was one obvious choice on the Colorado Brewery Map & List.

Fiction Beer Company Chapter Two is a second location of F is for Fiction Beer Company, which we visited in round 3 back in July of 2021

"Since 2014, Fiction has grown a community in Denver’s Park Hill neighborhood around a love of craft beer and the stories people tell. Now we’re excited to expand into the Parker community and meet a whole new group of book lovers, beer enthusiasts — and everyone in between.

At our Parker taproom, you’ll find 13+ Fiction beers on tap, ranging from tried-and-true classics to emerging and experimental styles. Our six-barrel brewing system will also be used to trial new recipes, brew one-off styles, and supplement the capacity of Fiction Beer Denver.

Grab a book from our shelves, a beer from our book-made bar, and relax in our cozy taproom."

Fiction Beer Company Chapter Two is located at 19523 Hess Rd #103, Parker, CO 80134, and is open:

Monday - Wednesday • 2-8pm
Thursday • 2-10pm
Friday - Saturday • 11am-10pm
Sunday • 11am-8pm

This location is actually really close to the Cherry Creek Bike Path, which would have made for a great bike ride, but the weather wasn't ideal for a bike ride last weekend.

Fiction 2 doesn't serve any food other than snacks, so we packed some sandwiches to eat at the brewery.

The beer menu has a nice variety of beers, which I believe they change out quite often.

We had two flights, and I had only checked in one of the beers before. I enjoyed all the beers that we tried.

The taproom is open and nicely decorated with lots books and book-themed objects.

It is a nice place to hang out.

So ... now that we've ticked off this "F" brewery in Round 5 of our A to Z Breweries Series of Posts, we will need to find a "G" brewery.

According to the Colorado Brewery Map & List, we have quite a few choices.

Even marking those off, I count about 6 really good choices for our next "G" brewery.

Stay tuned on Sheppy's Blog: A to Z to find out which one we pick. If you have any guesses or suggestions, feel free to leave a comment.

As always, stay tuned on the regular SheppyBrew Channels to see what is happening with beer and other things: SheppyBrew's Facebook PageSheppy's Twitter FeedSheppyBrew's Instagram Page; and SheppyBrew's Website.
